LHR is building a focused recruitment team for early-stage and growth-stage companies hiring in the sub-30 LPA space.
We are looking for a Delivery Lead to own sourcing operations, lead a small team, and be the face of delivery for our RPO clients.
What you will own:
- End-to-end delivery across active RPO mandates — quality, TAT, and closure targets
- Coaching and ramping new team members as mandates scale up
- Client communication on pipeline, feedback, and process adherence
- Building sourcing workflows that can be replicated quickly across new accounts
Who we are looking for:
This is a coach / delivery leader role. You need to be someone who loves training and coaching her team and also very strong at delivery and processes.
Will need 4–7 years in recruitment delivery, preferably at an RPO or contingency search firm.
