Role overview
The Delivery Manager will be accountable for the day-to-day delivery performance of a product or service team at AWTG. The role focuses on building motivated teams, removing obstacles, managing delivery flow and helping multidisciplinary teams deliver high-quality outcomes for clients and users. You will work with multidisciplinary teams across software engineering, cloud, data, AI, product, QA and client delivery to create practical outcomes for clients and end users.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain motivated delivery teams with clear ways of working, priorities, cadence and responsibilities.
- Facilitate planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews and delivery governance appropriate to the team context.
- Track and manage risks, issues, blockers and dependencies, escalating appropriately when delivery is at risk.
