JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage daily administrative tasks to support delivery center operations
- Monitor the delivery pipeline and schedule appointments for timely handovers
- Prepare and process vehicle documentation accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to verify contract and registration information
- Maintain clean and updated data across CRM and other systems
- Coordinate with logistics and service departments for vehicle readiness
- Identify areas for improvement to elevate the delivery experience
- Support broader business operations as needed
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/training experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
