The Demand and Planning Associate under SC PGA supports the execution of the Sales & Operational Planning Process. This role assists in forecasting demand, coordinating supply planning activities, preparing reports, and supporting cross‑functional collaboration between sales, marketing, production, and logistics teams.
Demand Forecast Support: Assist in collecting and analyzing sales data to support accurate demand forecasting.
Data Collection & Reporting: Collect, clean, and synthesize data from multiple sources (ERP systems, sales inputs, market trends) to support accurate planning and decision‑making. Prepare reports and dashboards related to forecast accuracy, inventory levels, production capacity, and service levels. Provide actionable insights to improve planning performance.
