Job Description
As a Demand Creation Executive, you will drive brand awareness and consumer engagement through field activation, community outreach, and promotor excellence. You will work closely with Beauty Promotors, internal teams, and external stakeholders to execute impactful brand activities that support business growth.

- Manage and monitor Beauty Promotor productivity, including coverage, reach, and promotional activities within assigned areas
- Coach and develop Beauty Promotors to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent consumer experiences
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, makeup artists, communities, institutions, and local partners
