1)Primary Function
?Provide an unbiased, neutral forecast to Kellogg Korea Head Office for sales progress, and stockholders for Kellogg’s future business outlook. ? the volume forecast is convert into financials P&L for Kellogg’s management and used for supply planning
?Develop initiative volume forecast based on historical POS & Sales Volume data/ yearly promotion plan/ commercial plan/ new launched product/ competitive company trend
?Own demand forecasting process (SMAP, S&OP) / capability in multifunctional team to provide accurate forecast to business
2) Principal Duties & Responsibilities
1. Own KPIs of forecast accuracy, bias, timeliness and completeness.
2.Manage the collection, consolidation, analysis of various building blocks, documentation of all related assumptions and reporting of demand forecast
