Mu client is a well-established market leader in the beauty sector, operating both wholesale and retail. The Supply Chain team is hiring a Junior Demand Planner and Reporting Analyst who excels in detail‑oriented work.
Responsibilities
- Demand Forecasting – develop accurate forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and cross‑functional inputs.
- Inventory Optimization – collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement to balance product availability and carrying costs; manage e‑commerce warehouse stock.
- Forecast Accuracy – enhance forecasting models, improve data accuracy and efficiency through automation and technology; monitor performance metrics.
- Sales & Market Analysis – analyze sales data and customer demand patterns to identify drivers.
- Collaboration – partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations; lead monthly Demand Clinics with Sales Account Managers.
