Role Mission This role ensures end‑to‑end demand and supply alignment for Vietnam by delivering accurate demand forecasts, securing reliable supply, and enabling seamless operational execution. The mission is to: Drive collaborative, high-accuracy forecasting across all business units (Home Solutions, Power Products, Digital Energy, IA Ops Automation) – Focusing Transactional Balance demand and supply with proactive risk identification and mitigation (Rev Risk) Ensure inventory health, revenue delivery, and high customer service levels Build planning maturity using digital tools, automation, and advanced analytics The role integrates Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Operational SIOP leadership, requiring strong analytical skills, digital capability, and a structured problem-solving mindset.
