Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, market intelligence, and inputs from commercial and supply chain partners.
- Analyze demand variability, forecast accuracy, and bias; identify risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
- Partner with Supply Planning, Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams to align demand plans with supply capabilities.
- Support S&OP/IBP processes with high‑quality demand insights.
- Monitor product lifecycle changes, including launches, transitions, and discontinuations, and reflect impacts in demand plans.
