We’re expanding our Dementia Services team at Dougie Mac and are looking for a compassionate Dementia Support Worker to deliver our growing 1-1 community-based service.
🌱 About the Role
You’ll work directly with people affected by dementia, providing flexible, person-centred support to help individuals engage or re-engage in social activities of their choosing. This may include support at home or in the community.
You’ll be matched with individuals for regular sessions each week, supporting their wellbeing and helping to reduce social isolation. This is a rewarding opportunity to build trusted relationships and make a real difference.
