Big Mamma, a vibrant French-Italian restaurant group, is looking for a Demi Chef in the Cold Section to join their kitchen team in Greater London. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality cold dishes and working closely with the Chef de Partie.
Previous experience as a Demi Chef and good knowledge of Italian cuisine are essential. This full-time position offers £16.71 per hour, daily meals, and a supportive work environment.
