Demi Chef de Partie

Responsibilities- Ensure adherence to HACCP standards and continuous improvement.
- Communicate all important information with the direct supervisor.
- Handle guest requests with care and accommodate them.
- Maintain highest levels of personal hygiene and grooming.
- Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to lead the team in the assigned area.
- Consistently train subordinates to maintain standards.
- Take charge of the section in the absence of the Chef de Partie.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in upscale luxury hospitality or five‑star hotels.
- Strong attention to detail, flexibility, creativity and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
