Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Demi Chef de Partie to support the hot kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking dishes for the hot section ensuring consistency in portion control, flavour and presentation.
Support service by expediting tickets, plating to specification and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
Carry out mise en place and advance preparation work to agreed recipes and standards including butchery, stocks, sauces and vegetable preparation.
Supervise and support junior kitchen staff and commis chefs during service providing clear instruction and on‑the‑job coaching.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness in line with HACCP and company policies; complete cleaning and closing duties as required.
