As a DCDP at Courtside, you will support the kitchen in preparing high-quality dishes while developing your skills under senior chefs.
You’ll be responsible for —
- Preparing ingredients and dishes for service.
- Maintaining portion and quality control.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization in work areas.
- Assisting CDPs and Sous Chefs with daily operations.
You need —
- Degree/diploma in culinary/hospitality.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong teamwork and willingness to learn
