Key Responsibilities
As the senior leader for demolition operations, you will manage all facets of project delivery, including preconstruction planning, scheduling, permitting, budgeting, and site logistics for high-impact projects. You will direct and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring alignment with project goals, quality standards, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing comprehensive site‑specific safety programs, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring strict adherence to federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations.
You will oversee all project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and closeout packages, while collaborating closely with estimating and preconstruction teams to ensure precise planning, resource allocation, and cost control.
