Seeking Dental Administrator to join our Dental Choice Team

Our growing practice is looking for a Dental Administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly while supporting a dedicated and high-performing dental team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that includes both general dentistry and oral surgery .
Hours :
Tuesday - 10AM - 6PM
Wednesday 9AM - 5PM
Thursday 10AM - 6PM
2 Saturday per month - 8AM - 2PM
What You’ll Do
- Greet patients warmly and ensure every visit starts on a positive note
- Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups
- Handle patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payment processing with accuracy
