Key Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before procedures.
- Assist dentists chairside during consultations, surgeries, and treatments.
- Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment following clinic protocols.
- Manage patient flow: guide patients, update records, and ensure comfort before and after procedures.
- Handle basic administrative duties (appointment scheduling, payment support, patient reminders) when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and overall clinic readiness.
- Provide post-treatment instructions and support patient queries courteously.
- Certificate or Diploma in Dental Assisting
- Basic knowledge of dental instruments and infection‑control procedures.
