Responsibilities
- Assist dentist in general dental procedures
- Sterilise and prepare dental instruments
- Patient registration, administrative duties
- Answer phone calls, handle patient enquiries
- Manage appointment book, collect payment
- Maintain overall cleanliness of clinic
- Able to speak English . Proficiency in a 2nd language is a bonus to communicate with patients who are non-English speaking.
- Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm (or later, if required), Sat 9am to 2pm
- (Overtime will be paid if working beyond regular working hours)
- Computer/ smartphone literate - majority of administrative work is digital
- Good communication skills, able to work well in a team
- Independent and willing to learn, can learn quickly
- Experience in this field preferred but not required
