What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing phone calls and patient enquiries
Scheduling and coordinating patient bookings
Assisting with billing, payments, and insurance claims
Providing chairside assistance to dentists and hygienists
Sterilisation, room setup, and maintaining infection control standards
Supporting both reception and clinical teams as required
Maintaining a welcoming and organised front desk area
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in both dental reception AND dental assisting (essential)
