Dental Practice Manager

About the Role Smile Dental Centre are recruiting a practice manager ideally to work 4 days per week. The main responsibilities of the role include:

Ensure that the practice meets regulatory and contractual standards whilst remaining financially viable;

Providing solid leadership, based on a sound knowledge of business management, finance, planning and human resource management, including recruitment;

Driving innovation and modernisation;

Meeting the reporting requirements and complying with local and national KPIs and contracts;

Co-ordinating and leading the operational delivery of the services, engaging with staff, patients etc;

Presenting and analysing data, to monitor quality;

Attending meetings;

Effectively managing staff;

Developing effective partnerships, with other organisations, to benefit the practice;
