This role combines hands-on technical leadership, project oversight, and people leadership for a specialized team delivering complex, high-impact large commercial and industrial work. This is a hybrid role. Candidate must be located within 100 miles of San Antonio.
The Supervisor / Department Lead serves as a key liaison between ENTRUST project teams and CPS Energy, ensuring projects are executed with high technical quality, strong communication, and consistent standards across the Large Commercial group.
