Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive daily game plans for sales
• Coach and provide guidance on team performance
• Ensure visual merchandising meets company standards
• Host regular meetings to enhance team engagement
• Create a positive atmosphere for staff and customers
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a retail supervisory role
• Demonstrated success in customer service and business growth
• Engagement in sports preferred but not mandatory
