Department Manager, Cosmetics
The Cosmetic Department Manager is responsible for directing Cosmetics staff to maintain merchandising, customer service, and operational standards within the department. The Department Manager is responsible for hiring, scheduling, and payroll, as well as the ongoing training and development of staff. The Department Manager leads the department towards achieving company goals and objectives, including financial benchmarks in sales, inventory control and payroll. In addition to the above duties, this is also a customer service position which requires a great deal of customer contact. Accordingly, applicants must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment while at the same time providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
