Responsible for presentation, sales, profitability, VM (Visual Merchandising) and customer satisfaction of categories/brands in the respective department.
Key Responsibilities (BSC Perspective)
1. Finance
- Achieve revenue and gross margin targets
- Control inventory levels and shrinkage
- Increase margins and minimize expenses
- Achieve higher average transaction value (ATV) per customer
2. Customer
- Ensure store/department looks as per guidelines
- Ensure sales team meets customer needs
- Assist customers with product location and purchase decisions
