- High school diploma or college degree and management experience
- Current department manager looking to expand (training courses available)
Typical Day
- Perform various management activities within the department
- Define objectives, communicate expectations, provide feedback and coach the team for continuous improvement
- Manage purchases, inventories, price lists, marketing, salary productivity according to established standards to ensure business readiness
- Apply and respect the budgets related to the department
