- Implement organization security policies and procedures
- Monitor internal control system to ensure that appropriate security clearance is maintained within the organization
- Develop and implement local security programs and procedures consistent with corporate standards and country specific legal requirement which are necessary to safeguard the company.
- Manage and ensure continuous improvement of all security measures. Against shoplifting theft, burglary, pilferage, robbery, fraud or any other site-specific criminal actions.
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with local police and law enforcement agencies.
- Develop and accomplish agreed security business plans annually.
- Responsible for the local leadership and deployment of all processes and systems to mitigate security risk to the company.
