About the Role
As a Deployment Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic leader and trusted advisor for US Deployment.
You will lead workforce planning, large-scale resource allocation, deployment transformation, and team leadership across geographies. This role is ideal for someone who can influence senior stakeholders, solve complex workforce challenges, and drive data-informed deployment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute sector-wide deployment strategies aligned with business priorities, growth targets, and market demand
- Act as a trusted advisor to Partners and senior leadership on workforce trends, risks, and opportunities
