Job Description

A reputable Financial Institution seeks to hire young persons who are passionate about sales to work as Deposit Officers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collects deposits from the field on behalf of the institution.

  • Market susu and other products of the Institution to the public or prospective customers

  • Collect susu loans repayments from clients

  • Records daily contribution in the Daily Collection Sheets as well as Clients Pass Book

  • Make daily payment of the money collected from the field

  • Check daily collection to ensure that all transactions have been well entered

  • Generate new savings accounts for the branch in accordance with branch targets

  • Encourage clients to build-up savings balances in accordance with branch targets

    • Requirements

  • Diploma

  • Two (2) years relevant work experience in micro finance/banking environment

  • Must be customer focused
