Job Description
As a Depositary Manager your responsibilities are:
- Own and drive depositary activities across your portfolio, ensuring full compliance with UCITS & AIFM regulations
- Be the key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Oversee fund activity end-to-end: cash flows, reconciliations, asset safekeeping, and oversight controls
- Coordinate stakeholders (custodians, administrators, providers) to ensure smooth operations and high-quality reporting
- Lead due diligence on service providers and strengthen the depositary control framework
- Identify risks and take action, ensuring a robust and compliant environment
- Drive regulatory change implementation, keeping processes aligned with evolving Luxembourg requirements
- Support and mentor team members, contributing to a collaborative and growing platform
