Role and Responsibilities
- Maintenance of Book of Accounts
- Finalization of Accounts up to preparation of Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet
- Interface with Auditors and clarifying audit queries
- Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly cash flow statements
- Payments and Collections
- Budgeting
- Taxation and VAT
- Dealing with Banks and Bank Reconciliation
- Preparation of MIS Reports as per Management and Malca Network requirements
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in Taxation and Tax practices
- Indepth Knowledge of Computerised Accounting System and ability to derive and present data as per Management & Network needs
- Extensive Knowledge of Excel and use of formulae in formatting reports as per requirements
- Strong competence in E‑mail communication
