Key Responsibilities 1. Operational & Administrative Support
- Assist the Principal in executing day‑to‑day operations, keeping track of center expenses, and checking inventory/resource allocations.
- Maintain precise operational documentation, including student daily attendance logs, health screening registers, and subsidy administration details.
- Ensure that health, food safety, and sanitization protocols strictly meet ECDA standards across all classrooms.
- Provide daily mentorship and coaching to junior educators, relief teachers, and trainee teachers, ensuring standard operating procedures (SOPs) are met.
- Step up to lead center operations, resolve immediate emergencies, and guide staff when the Centre Principal is off‑site.
- Assist in evaluating classroom setups and providing constructive feedback on lesson plan execution.
