Deputy Contracts Manager

Lead the preparation and review of contracts documents, main contracts claims, and variation orders (VOs).

Follow up on costing with clients and consultants.

Prepare cost analysis, project budgeting, and contracts documentation under guidance of Contracts Director/Manager.

Review and prepare payment responses to suppliers and subcontractors in accordance with SOP and regulations.

Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely cost submissions and procurement support.

Attend site meetings to provide contractual and cost advice.

Ensure accuracy, thoroughness, and compliance in all contract and cost-related work.

Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Contracts Director/Manager.
