Deputy Dir, AI Masterplanning, Governance & Collaboration, AI Central

The Deputy Director will provide strategic leadership across AI masterplanning, AI governance, and AI collaboration and programme management. For masterplanning, the Deputy Director will develop a strategic masterplan for all applied AI domains (Vision AI, Embodied AI, Language AI, large language and large multimodal models, AI safety & security, and emerging technologies). For AI governance, the Deputy Director will establish robust frameworks that embed responsible AI practices throughout HTX’s initiatives. For AI collaboration and programme management, the role will foster strategic AI collaboration with industry, academia and other government agencies, and programme manage end to end, cross‑functional AI projects. Together, these efforts will deliver AI solutions that support our public safety mission, improve citizen experience, and increase operational productivity.
