Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Regional’s data analytics and IT systems functions for restaurant operations.
- Develop and manage centralized business intelligence dashboards and operational reporting systems.
- Analyze large sets of operational, sales, manpower, and customer data to support strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, supply chain, and marketing teams to improve workflow automation and data integration.
- Manage POS systems, ERP integrations, CRM systems, inventory systems, and internal reporting tools across multiple outlets.
- Support digital transformation projects and implementation of new technologies within restaurant operations.
- Ensure data accuracy, system stability, cybersecurity compliance, and operational continuity.
