Job Description
Summary You will serve as the Deputy Director, Design and Construction in the office of the Direct Reporting Portfolio Manager Submarines (DRPM SUBS) / Portfolio Acquisition Executive Undersea (PAEU). You will lead multiple offices: the Virginia Class (VCS) Attack Submarine new construction program (a Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP)), the SSN(X) new attack submarine program office (a pre-MDAP), and the Advanced Submarine System Development and Submarine Stealth Integration Program Office. Responsibilities You will oversee program cost, schedule, and performance while ensuring adequate personnel, funding, facilities, and resources to achieve mission objectives. You will establish guidance and provide executive direction for acquisition, workforce, technical, procurement, and program management activities.
