What the role is
You will provide leadership for the comprehensive facility management and maintenance of all MPA’s properties and leased facilities. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of our portfolio, while driving innovation through SmartFM digitalisation and decarbonisation and energy-efficiency initiatives.
What you will be working on
Strategic Leadership & Day-to-Day Operations
You will provide leadership and supervision to the Space Management Department, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance. You will oversee all day-to-day facility operations and maintenance, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all MPA properties. You will also supervise appointed contractors (including security, cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and general maintenance) to ensure strict adherence to service contracts and performance standards.
