The Deputy Engineering Leader is responsible for providing hands‑on technical leadership for Building Management System (BMS) and Electrical Monitoring and Control System (EMCS) projects in mission‑critical environments. This role leads the engineering execution of controls system, controller programming, and sequences of operation. The Deputy Engineering Leader serves as an expert for HVAC, mechanical, and integrated power systems, ensuring BMS and EMCS solutions meet performance, reliability, and quality standards. This person will mentor engineers and field technicians, coordinates engineering workloads, and partners closely with project managers to deliver scalable, resilient controls solutions.
