We're excited to be bringing the spirit of Barcelona to Mere Green and are looking for a warm, engaging, and hands-on Deputy General Manager to support the launch and day-to-day running of our new Baresca.
This is a key leadership role within the business, ideal for a natural people person who thrives in a busy hospitality environment and leads with positivity, ownership, kindness, and teamwork. You will work closely with the General Manager to build a strong and happy team culture, deliver heartfelt hospitality, and help establish Baresca as a well-loved local restaurant & bar from day one.
