Your Tasks
- Deputy leadership of the CI Production team (functional and disciplinary)
- Responsibility for meeting production output targets
- Ensuring quality and continuously improving manufacturing processes
- Optimization of throughput times including Lean Management
- Responsibility for organizational workflows within and beyond the team
- Shaping the future direction of the department, including personnel development
Your Profile
- Completed technical education (HTL, apprenticeship or similar) and several years of professional experience in a manufacturing company, including experience in leading employees
