Salary: L8–L12 (£61,534–£67,898)
Start: September 2026
Contract: Full-time, permanent (32.5 hours per week)
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Headteacher to work within a specialist setting with SENDcO and Inclusion responsibilities. This is a key leadership role supporting pupils with complex and SEMH needs, ensuring high-quality, personalised education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SEND provision, including EHCPs and personalised learning
- Support whole-school strategy, behaviour, and inclusion
- Coach and develop staff to deliver high-quality teaching
- Work closely with families, external agencies, and leadership team
