Job Description

Lead commercial P&L of Accidental & Health portfolio in Thailand to achieve strategic growth, sustainable profitability, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance through strong relationship with partners externally and internally, evolving product development, and portfolio management.

Overseeing the operational and management across 4 teams; Direct Marketing, Product Development, A&H Product Implementation and Process Improvement and Customer Loyalty, while having dotted line from Conservation team.

Direct Marketing

  • Develop and execute strategies for growth and profitability across Direct Marketing portfolios including introducing alternative distribution channel to optimize and go deep with partner’s relationship
  • Achieve financial targets, including New Premium Written (NPW), Gross Written Premium (GWP), Combined Ratio, Loss Ratio, Acquisition Ratio, and Pre-tax Operating Income (PTOI)
