Deputy Head of Corporate

PIB Employee Benefits supports organisations across all areas of financial and non-financial rewards, including healthcare, corporate pensions, risk, employee benefit communications and benefits technology.Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Deputy Head of Corporate to co-lead our Corporate Consulting Team (currently 16 staff) and help shape our proposition for mid to large corporate clients.What you'll be doingCo-leading the Corporate Consulting Team alongside the Head of Corporate, providing day-to-day leadership to Employee Benefits Consultants and the wider team.Contributing to client proposition and strategy, supporting the evolution of our offering for UK and international corporate clients.Supporting operational and financial performance, overseeing workflows, MI, income tracking, pipeline and forecasts.Direct line management of six Corporate Consultants, with accountability for their development, performance and day-to-day management.Managing a small portfolio of corp...
