In line with their long-term talent mapping and strategic succession planning, they are looking to onboard a sophisticated compliance leader to step into a crucial Deputy Head position.

This is a pivotal, high-exposure strategic role designed for a professional ready to enter a fast-track pipeline to succeed the current Head of Department (HOD). You will take ownership of an expanded risk management and compliance portfolio and be responsible for:

• Partnering side-by-side with the HOD on high-level corporate risk governance frameworks, policy overhauls, and strategic initiatives.
