Futures are supporting a welcoming and ambitious primary school in the South Sheffield area to appoint an experienced and inspirational Deputy Headteacher to join the leadership team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong Year 6 practitioner with proven leadership experience at Assistant Headteacher level or above. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving school improvement, supporting teaching and learning across the school, and leading on raising attainment and outcomes.
The role will include:
- Teaching responsibilities within Year 6
- Supporting whole-school leadership and strategic development
- Driving high standards of teaching, learning and assessment
- Coaching and supporting colleagues across the school
- Working closely with senior leaders to ensure excellent pupil outcomes
