Job Description
- Draft, review, and finalize contracts, purchase agreements, framework agreements, SLAs, NDAs, MoUs, etc
- Ensure all contract terms are commercially sound, legally compliant, and aligned with organizational policies, risk appetite, PPRA framework and other applicable rules, laws and policies
- Prepare contract summaries, risk registers, and obligation trackers for senior management review
