Key Responsibilities 1. Project Cost Control & Escalation Management- Establish real-time project cost monitoring dashboards integrated with SAP.
- Investigate and analyze recurring cost escalations; propose corrective measures.
- Institute zero-based budgeting and rolling forecasts to track project cost evolution.
- Develop detailed budgets and financial models for each project phase (pre-construction, execution, completion).
