Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain incentive calculation models based on defined incentive plans
- Manage end-to-end data processing, from sourcing to final reporting
- Clean and transform large datasets into analysis-ready formats
- Optimize workflows to ensure fast turnaround and efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness
- Deliver insights on performance, trends, and variance

- Sales, HR, Finance and Operations
Education: Postgraduate
Experience: 5+ years relevant experience, past experience of generating MIS reports which are directly used by management
