About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Deputy Manager to join our Ofsted Registered Children's Residential Home in Ninfield.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operational running of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, safeguarding, compliance and staff performance.
