Alaska Batteries, a leading battery manufacturing company in Pakistan, invites applications from dedicated, experienced and results-oriented professionals to join our Production team at our manufacturing facility in Hattar.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily production activities in the plant to ensure smooth operations, timely achievement of production targets
Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum efficiency and minimum wastage. Monitor key production processes including plate manufacturing, pasting, curing, assembly, formation/charging, finishing, and dispatch readiness. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth, uninterrupted, and efficient plant operations. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. Ensure proper manpower planning, shift management, training, and team supervision.
