Job Role: Deputy Plant Manager
Location: Shrirampur, Maharasthra
Roles and Responsibilites:
- Optimize the process to boost productivity.
- Lead and help with Six Sigma, Lean, etc. continuous improvement efforts.
- Implement best practices and creative ways to improve plant operations.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and municipal food, environmental, and workplace safety laws.
- Frequent safety checks and training promote workplace safety.
- Address non-compliance immediately.
- Manage inventories to ensure packaging and raw material supplies.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement to provide materials quickly and cheaply.
- Manage contractor and supplier relationships.
- Develop and manage the plant's budget.
- Monitor manufacturing costs and minimize costs whenever possible.
